Yeah. And I guarantee it isn't anything like the one from two thousand years ago.
Telling someone to leave your premises is harrassment?
You could do better on the humor side of things. That was dry and expected.
Maybe you need a smoked cricket to get you started off right.
This thread is about you claiming c14 dating is wrong. It's been explained to you many times now, that it is not wrong.
Decide for yourself. It is not about me.
"He called them back in 1948, and the nation "was born in one day", as Isaiah said it would."
She should be lucky she only lost $300
I was watching a movie the other day and thought of you...check out the movie "Carol" on Netflix. Very emotional. Let me know what you think...
Rose, thank you for your kind words. Buddhists differ on their personal view of the world - some are optimistic, others pessimistic. I think, however, that most of them adhere to a principle that we've seen worded like, "World change, like charity, 'begins at home' ", "Regime change starts here", and the old Gospel injunction to remove the log from one's own eye before trying to remove the speck from another's. My guess is that world change ought to begin in the individual. Again, a quote, this time from Gandhi, "Be the change you want to see in the world". I suppose that would start with one of the most difficult things imaginable - love and forgiveness toward enemies. If we can do that on a limited individual level, we might be able to extend it to the global level. Maybe "Buddhistic" values could hit a critical mass and the world would undergo positive change once it hits that tipping point. That's my best guess. I don't know if it really has any effective practical application. Time will tell...
There is no need for any "new" forces or other to understand the dynamics of the world you and I live in, All that is pretty well understood, not to say that there's no room for new discoveries but none of them will affect reality as we know it now.
Can you tell us what the founders of Exodus International are up to now?
The problem with that theory is that you really just can't do much economic damage on inbred rubes in backwards dysfunctional WELFARE Red States who can barely pay the cable bill as it is.
This Goof needs a wood shampoo.
In that particular protest, you are correct. But do you want to talk about the ant-Jewish movement in Black Lives Matter? We can go farther back to Jessie Jackson's Hymie Town comment... the contempt he felt for the Jewish children who risked their lives to sit with him at the "whites only" counter was palpable.
Right, because providing an actual argument is not what you are here for it seems, better for you to just troll.
When I can get pregnant I'll feel more invested in this discussion.
Mod note: You've been asked by two different women not to refer to us as "dude". You persisted in doing it simply to be churlish. Please respect the request not to refer to us as "dude".
I still remember the woman I knew that said "he stole $250.00 of my welfare cheque".
Gillette's position seems to stem from her understanding that environmental factors and pressures might persuade the kids to be uhm, open to suggestions lets say.
Weinstein turned himself in on criminal charges this morning. Woo hoo!!!
Nonsense. Civil Rights law protects gay people from discrimination based on their identity.
so, you won't share your evidence?
"parents have rights regarding their children." -- The World Health Organization (WHO) defines child abuse and child maltreatment as "all forms of physical and/or emotional ill-treatment, sexual abuse, neglect or negligent treatment or commercial or other exploitation, resulting in actual or potential harm to the child's health, survival, development or dignity in the context of a relationship of responsibility, trust or power." I consider that a trusted adult, telling a child that they may be tortured for an eternity if they do not follow the rules of a specific god, is emotional ill treatment which can potentially harm the child's health. Do you agree?
I'm just being flippant, as usual. I'm not a fan of rewritten history, whether it comes from the religious or the nonreligious. The things we believe about history, progress, and knowledge are so sodden with myth that I laugh whenever someone makes pronouncements about "the facts" or "reality."
Cam; This post has gotten scrambled up. I was writing to enoch arden.
