Perhaps it has as much to do with a person's inability to see things from a different literary point than science.
A woman's right of sexual equality.
Dude, I made two sentences, short ones. That is not word salad.
If only white European Americans had more of Patton's ethno-racial consciousness, wisdom and perspective...
No problem. It is both. Man made the mess. And man has to improve it. But God will work with Man while Man is doing it. So In this instance Man is going to Rule by the Wisdom God gives on an ongoing basis from moment to moment. Meaning I am giving you Wisdom coming from God to Me and then to you. So to you I am God. But I do know that I am not. Like Moses was to Pharaoh. But obviously the choice is yours. You can also be in my position and get the Wisdom from God firsthand. It is up to you.
Religion is opinion. Why should it be protected when other options are not? I feel that we should stop coddling religious folk if they continue to insist upon their holy cows.
Bs. Evil is evil. Wake up
There was a good tradition among early Christians to talk these things out in meetings called synods.
I don't need a study and I don't need to feel like I've convinced you. I gave you an example, you don't consider it credible so you're not convinced. I can't help that. Your study doesn't negate what I know to be true.
Yeah. Where I live, this video went viral when a tourist made a video of something that was happening behind the restaurant. And guess what? They were cutting up cats and dogs and then bringing the into the restaurant.

Yes, and I would say the idea of Brahman is more panentheistic. Pantheism, at least as I think of it, is more materialistic, saying God and the Universe are the same. Panentheism doesn't confine God to the Universe, so basically Pantheism-Plus. And some forms of Hinduism (and Buddhism) are entirely Idealistic and conceive of the Universe as entirely consciousness in nature, wherein the "physical" is a representation within consciousness (not the other way around, as typically imagined in western thought).
Did you read the OP?
Twinies. I didn't notice the little owl down below. I have one just like it. Just smaller. I stick him in a spot when I have a hole in the tree I need to fill. Seriously though, that's a very elegant and pretty tree.
I adhere to the same standards I expect of my partner here, which includes a tolerance for human nature as well as respect for basic manners.
That's a really good answer. You have an impressive awareness of your own cognition.
Bobby, That sounds more like an angle then a faith. Is that position a expression of a deep and abiding faith in the will and purpose of the god(s) or more like a gambler hedging their bet to cut the possible losses.
Damp, it's damp.
And Erinn Cosby
Have a great day!
Tell that to Bruno, Galileo and many other scientists and others who were burned at the stake, tortured, imprisoned, or excommunicated by the church for the church not agreeing with them.
The parents can disagree, but they should at least have the intellectual honesty to recognize the difference between a need and a want.
She was a good dog.
Another great day today!

I'm posting on the internet. You are free to ignore me.
Currently there are no gods to look for and too many theists claiming they found one when it obviously isn't true.
Is your point that we are getting inexorably better as the years go by? Why, how wonderful, James, that you can join me on the side of reason. Oh, wait, you're going to suggest that the way we've got better is with a supernatural kicker, I suppose... when, quite to the contrary, one of the things that has slowed us down the most is the idiotic notion that we should cling to the moral precepts invented in just those dark times that you mention.
