It is impossible to know WITHOUT faith.
PH II. I am with that view, but I think that for some reason the religious need to feel that they are special, chosen and blessed.
1. "Was it so bad?" - I'm not sure if you're being tongue-in-cheek here or not. Over the course of it's whole history, Paganism was no more uniform in its goodness or badness than any other religion. But at the end of the 3rd century, Roman Paganism was pretty bad.
Don't need to deflect from something that is wrong from the get go.
"the US policy on illegals where men get separated from their women and children and locked up in detention facilities and how that is, according to NGO?s, a violation of human rights."
I have long maintained that agnosticism is not only the most open minded but also the most scientific point of view, since science deals with falsifiable claims, while religion is best kept in the realm of the non-falsifiable. Ideally, there is no overlap.
Babies aren't relationship band-aids?! NOW YOU TELL ME!!
Trump included mandatory e-verify in his 2018 and 2019 budget proposals.
Killing people who do not belive what you do is "a bad idea" regardless of the justification, just to make that clear right of front.
Sorry pal, you are using the same nonsense tactics as the Trumpets. I'm amazed you can't see it. It's truly incredibly how everyone seems to fall in to these traps. Am I the only person in the world capable of spotting fallacious reasoning from myself?
God is great. He's provided plenty of food to feed those children. People suck. They selfishly hoard to themselves more than they need, leaving others to starve.
The original version is the most accurate version. The KJV isn't even the most accurate translation into English.
All right, but.... how does that fix the schools?
According to authorities, video footage...
Yeah... but Jesus even avoids doing that and goes with the silent treatment. "Pilate was amazed" is what it says in Matthew 27:14.
Oh, you guys are good! Upvoted!
Just because I don't think your god actually exists, I can still talk about what is written and is followed by lots of people. I was raised Jewish and studied the bible and know what is meant by many of the concepts. So to put it into context we are talking about the god of the bible. I think the bible was written about the time of King David by multiple writers who were writing stories to show the people why they behave as they do. It also tells stories that bring up to date the reason for why they are where they are in the world. Sort of a historical fiction. None of the old testament and some of the books have no basis in fact and are completely unprovable.
I have no idea what the Pope personally thinks, but yes Catholic doctrine is that any mutually acceptable sexual expression is licit for a married couple so long as the lovemaking is open to procreation.
Just as I suspected. You asked for peer review research from scientific journals. I provide such research and you reject it, not because it isn't peer reviewed (Journal of Human Sexuality is a peer-reviewed publication) but because of who publishes it. NARTH is a science based organization unaffiliated with any church or religious group.
Then your god is a pathetic monster.
I bet your brain feels as good as new considering you never use it...
Well it looks like some former Lib supporters have, who crossed over to vote PC...76 seats is a big number. There are those of course with their head in the sand who stood by Wynne and jumped to NDP.
What about Norway now? Do you even know what you?re talking about at this point Sling Blade? You?re clearly another victim of southern public schools and that?s the only plausible exception for what?s interfering with our dynamic pipsqueak. ;)
Impeach them why?
