So where do their souls go?
In other words, it triggered you and now you are just making up s#it.
Normally I would agree with you on most things but something here troubles me. All we have to go on is the 'transgender' woman has a penis. What is to prevent a heterosexual male pretending to be transgender female in order to get a bit of sexual excitement? If the lady in the resort has no real way of knowing if the customer is a genuine transgender or a chancer, what is she expected to do? If her job description says that she only has to take female customers, surely that doesn't mean that she has to take anyone who has a penis?
If the same baker gladly accepted an order from a homosexual couple to bake a cake to celebrate the couple's friend's birthday, and the baker happened to know the couple to be homosexual, would that be consistent with the claim that the baker was discriminating against homosexuals?
I'm sorry, but that is non sequitur.
Have you thought through the difference in real life is when X thinks there is free will and Y does not?
Me next! Me next!...
It's the opposite that is generally practiced. I don't see weakness, meekness or poverty celebrated and "blessed" at all, particularly among conservative or evangelical Christians.
Like I said, who is "Jesus" but the "Word" that is attributed to him, and we know for a fact that someone did, certainly did, come up with that Word, creatively, out of the recesses of their mind, because history records that an oral tradition of the story (including that "Word") was floating around before it was written down, as an historical certainty, within less than a 100 years.
Are you still free to have the same belief in your god? Is anyone telling you that you can't worship?
Hundreds of reporters will generate errors.
No, its clear cut. He refused to make someone a cake he would make for anyone else because they were gay. This is clear cut discrimination. The bigot got caught being a bigot
Hey! I prompted an Andy conversation! Props to me!
I think there is independent evidence for a God. But setting that aside (for this discussion), let me put it this way. If someone shuffles a deck of cards many times and you chose one card, Its an ace of hearts. This is repeated, and it's again an ace of hearts. This is repeated, and it's again an ace of hearts. At some point, you would be convinced that the process was not random at all - even though a "random explanation" would always be a possibility. Fine-tuning makes the same argument. There are a number of variables that have to be so close to what they are for there to be any life at all that the odds of this occurring are unimaginably small. I think the best naturalistic explanation is a (perhaps nearly) infinite multiverse. This is the explanation that many scientists adhere to. This would allow such a remarkably universe like ours to have existed by chance. However, I think this "best naturalistic explanation" falls short, and that our universe does not seem to be something that happened by chance.
No, quite different. At least Wynne and Horvath address the subject. Ford often talks about something completely unrelated. It indicates that either he had no idea how to talk about that subject, or just didn't listen to the question. Notably, in the PC Leadership debates he stood out as the only one who didn't answer or even talk about what was asked. Mulroney did. Elliott did. Even Granic Allen did.
Captain Marvel and Avengers 4, 2019 will be lit
I left it up to you to name them !
Well, stuffing himself with cheeseburgers has pretty much ruled out "looking good."
You are right, they take their religion with them wherever they go. So do all people. Based on where I lived in Chicago, I would say that most people wish to live with their own kind. I infiltrated a basically Catholic neighborhood after living in a Jewish neighborhood. Blacks like to live together as do Hispanics, Poles, Italians, Koreans, etc. What's your real point. My Jewish neighborhood and Muslims and Christians and Hindus. Right now my old neighborhood still has a Jewish enclave but the bulk of the area is a combination of Indians and Pakistanis that hated each other in their country but have gotten along very well for decades in this Chicago neighborhood. Muslims and Hindus living together. Who would have thought.
You think the priest does it?
So when you say "Ask me anything", you don't really mean anything.
Correct - and you seem to countenance taking away that choice of life and imposing habits on others. If someone was forcing you to wear a burqa I would march in the street beside you screaming bloody hell.
Will it be delightful when women are ripping out their babies using coat hangers?
I'm talking with one? Interesting.
Bot response lol
There are many different meanings of God and many different conceptions of Jesus. Mix and match at will and "Jesus is God" is true, untrue, partially true, farcical, breathtaking, beautiful, horrendous, and more.
No, I need to look that up.
I can respect rules/guidelines...I also thoroughly enjoy a spirited, heated discussion/argument ripe with quality sarcasm when it is exchanged/shared in kind. I realize that certain groups plug into that concept more or less or not at all & am selective as a result. Wading in & enjoying myself this go around.
Be careful what you wish for ....
I find the OP to be very interesting. as a skeptic I use the Biblical web translation of the many available that serves the point that I am trying to drive home the best. Sometimes one translated word can sharpen the point.
Gardens, shady valleys and fountains.
