Sure. But there are reasons for this. If you want, give me an example in a dictionary, and I'll explain why this is done, how it could be done better, or something along those lines. You won't open up something like that Stanford Enclyopedia of Philosophy and find any of the definitions to be circular. You won't look at definitions that scientists use in papers and find them to be circular.
How does common descent evidence against God's existence?
I don't rightly care what you think, really.
From what? Look, just to help you out a bit, when people say you are spewing vitriol, they are not talking about a brand of motor oil.
:) A printer as in a printing press? I imagine crushing to be involved.
Everyone has choices at all times in life. Their reasons may not be YOUR reasons and they have to make choices based on what works best in their lives. However, this comes down to the fact that all other citizens have complete bodily autonomy. They are under no obligation to utilize their body for any life saving measure for any other human being, regardless if it is their offspring or any other family member. Not even if they are the cause of the need for a portion or part of that person's body. So, it is the same in the case of pregnancy. Complete bodily autonomy.
You didn't answer the question. Why is that people who have never heard of the god of the Bible never receive a visit or message from him?
Don't know. If they delayed gratification, waited to have children, and stayed in school (and at their jobs), they would not have financial problems unless they started taking dope or buying more than they need or can afford.
Constantine legitimized his false "Christianity" by wholly importing the the ancient pagan Babylonian sun-god worship they already practiced into his false "Christianity" and giving the anti-God beliefs new "Christian" names.
Raphael Rodriguez?s essay would be a good start it is available online and is a few pages. But the questions about the criteria for historical authenticity have been discussed in academia for the last 10 years.
yeah its kind of weird (but im going to have to check the #s and see if they align with what my eyes watched)...
The great flood which you can't prove happened.
Not a problem. I have no difficulties with people who do not feel like their bodies match their gender. That is just about the extent of my knowledge.
No such animal. Sorry.
Ok, "Only one will stand". In the meantime, do we sit and watch the world burn or do we become involved? where do we get involved, how involved?
I keep saying it and it proves true. You can't fix stupid. Did you know that there was ZERO corruption in the Obama Admin? Yesirree Bob, nothing.
Not angry MD. I'm from Scarborough. Personally I think the city has gone to shit. Good to see the kids out. With the right parents, maybe they'll learn something.
What is a "Darwinist"?
Why would one, as a god with the intent of creating life, create a planet that was initially poisonous to that life?
I thought we were referring to the USA...
As a member of a minority religion I would not want to see a theocracy here, even if my guys were in charge. You can't legislate morality OR righteousness. Forcing people to live by a code they don't believe in will accomplish nothing for either the oppressed or oppressor. You won't get them into heaven by making them live by the code, since both faith AND works are required, no religion I know of believes we are made pleasing to God through works alone.
Gee whizz, does that mean we can't kill bugs? Or what about animals?? And what about when you're a soldier in battle? Gosh! I don't know what I'm SUPPOSED to do! Those darn Ten Commandments are messing with my head!
Wow. You're defending slavery? Really? And though I do not particularly like abortion, it isn't (yet) a human being in any sense of the word. It will probably become one, but it still isn't. Slaves are actual humans.
The whole area is desert....
I was a Catholic for just about that long, Irish Catholic family, 12 years of catholic education including a prestigious Jesuit prep school, did the whole bit, married in the church, had my kids baptized, and I don't believe a word of it, or of any other religion. I have an older sister who actually does not believe, but won't admit it, and still acts like a catholic, a brother who just doesn't give a shit, and a younger sister, who, like me, believes none of it.
Agreed - except would that be libertarians rather than liberals?
Jesus could do whatever he wanted. He was involved in creation, you know.
It will be interesting to see who runs for the Dem ticket.
Where did they say they identified as ?nothing??
My own picture right there is an argument as to why Protestants have no authority over the Catholic Bible.
