LOL. Nice compromise morality :-)
Do you know what is worse than starting a trade war?
Integrity from the keyboard of the two-bit fraud with a two-bit alibi for his refusal to identify this NASA scientist and cite any of this scientist's mainstream, peer-reviewed scientific writings anent radiometric dating Guess who could never be trusted to tell the truth. Your posts bespeak everything about you including your ignorance and the dishonesty that goes with it.
I agree. Absent is absent. Not not paying attention. I think she should give a pop quiz while he is sleeping. Maybe even let the rest of the class know that's why they are having the quiz.
Doesn't make a difference whether "Luke" was who he said he was. NadaLiar's point is that he was CLAIMING to be writing historical truth. Writers of popular entertainment do not generally claim to be writing historical truth.
Well it always FEELS like it's a boy vs girl thing. That's exactly how it feels.
it's 5:03 am here. I'm not gonna stay away anymore for this.
Jesus spoke in Aramaic. The NT was written in Greek. Translated in English. Do you realize how difficult it would be to accurately translate any of it? I tend to think the bible was rewritten throughout the centuries and the scribes "tweaked" the wording. The original authors are unknown and the wording cannot be compared to the original manuscript...it's guesswork at best. There is no way the original writings would have survived...the books were written by different authors in different locations in different periods. Look at our own Constitution...amended several times to accommodate the growing nation. The bible was rewritten to accommodate the awareness and growth of the people as well. Until the original manuscripts are located and accurately translated, I'll prefer to not believe the writings.
"You do realize that Adam and Eve as 2 literal people never existed don't you?" [please supply reasons for believing such]
Zimmerman is white after all...
Not sure what Westboro has to do with the point made. Your question makes no sense but if you can make a rational connection, I will happily answer.
As I've said, I'm not trying to prove it. It can't be proven with the existing evidence. What I'm trying to prove is the same thing OP is trying to prove, namely that when some skeptics say, "There's no proof, so I'm going to believe whatever I want," they're reasoning like creationists and doing themselves and their fellow skeptics a big disservice.
Always favored narwhals. Unicorns of the sea.
When countries subsidize certain manufactured goods and products and/or have cheap labor... they take wealth and send it to the United States. They literally seize the wealth of their own people and use it to make Americans wealthier. Only a fool would want them to stop.
Nice OP. It is certainly a way of thinking 2500 years of Buddhist thought might affirm.
I don't know if you know but Mother Theresa isn't the shining example of kind-heartedness the RCC has made her up. Hitch made a docu about her and her work:
Awww such a gentleman, NYC foxy fox.
Both are abuse and assault, one is merely less appalling than the other. Both are the result of ignorance.
What worldview and socio political phenomena?
A good friend who is a high school administrator took a promotion that sent him from the most affluent school in the district, to the poorest, and after 2 weeks said to me, "these poor bastards don't have a chance!" The attitude instilled in them by parents, society, peers and the system have left them completely without hope, and people who don't know that they have options, don't have options. They are doomed to be the next generation of welfare recipients.
I certainly would not. I view birth control, or pregnancy prevention, as something very different from abortion. The Pill, IUD's, condoms, and yes, abstinence, reflect a desire to prevent the undesired outcome. Abortions reflect a desire to avoid the consequences of questionable choices (outside of a very narrow range of conditions).
I'll be looking for you dean when we reach the conclusion of this
Act like what? I'm not rude to people but I don't go out of my way to interact with them. Good for you that you do.
They were designed with free will. So when you or I sin it is our conscious choice. No one forces us. That?s the nature of free will.
Please understand that I'm not trying to preach, just explain a little.
