I rather see their fear in understanding that the culprit will always be accurately revealed. No more hiding away. Or hoping for the best. Or having a good lawyer. Or not having enough evidence. Or evidence disappearing etc. etc.
The worst thing always defines a person or an organization. If a doctor saves 1000 lives yet goes and rapes and kills one little girl what is he?
Of the industrial countries, we are at the bottom. Of course India is worse.
"Saying, 'religion' isn't enough, especially when there is no proof a god exists or even agrees!" Not according to the SCOTUS or the Constitution.
And as I have said one thousand times, his business license is what requires him to serve all customers equally, and this was NOT about a unique one of a kind custom made cake. However, he wouldn't know that because he never even allowed the transaction to go THAT far. Had he not been so disgusted by their request to order a wedding cake and allowed to the transaction to continue to a point where there asked for a custom designed cake, then he MAY actually have had a case.
I think the incredible frequency of the occurrence of pedophilia within the RCC and the systematic coverups that followed, does mean you can tar the entire organization, but you are right about not all priests. It is an organizational issue and the entire organization needs to be investigated and arrests made at every level, including the Pope and past living Pope's, that are found to be guilty. I am a realist though, and I know that won't happen.
Everyone of those articles pointed out that student loans, stagnant wages and high cost of homes is the problem. Your folks gave you an education, good for you, most of us never had that kind of help. These young people are not coddled, they're screwed, and no matter how hard they work they will always have trouble getting ahead. I stand by my original statement, you just hate young people.
"Since the HHS already made exceptions for religious nonprofit religious organizations, the court reasoned, those exceptions could be applied to for-profit companies that rejected to the contraceptive mandate on religious grounds as well. Furthermore, the court said, the government could arrange for affected employees to attain contraceptive coverage elsewhere."
"Technically, everyone you can have sex with is someone's child..."
Read he Bible; you'll know, too.
Actually, that's a fair point, sarcasm or not.

Cheetahs don't operate under anything like we do. We survive so well because nothings tossed out. Variation geh...
And there we have it again...taken from another atheist website to show that atheists can use google. Now what does the verse mean? In context with the Old Testament and with Jesus' coming and his death and Resurrection? How does God use his son to change our hearts and transform us? How does the Holy Spirit renew our hearts and minds so that we become more like Jesus? How has "everything" been accomplished?
I never had a problem agreeing to disagree. We are two separate people with different opinions.
