Nope - dial it back.
Maybe for some people. I never heard about Laila Ali beating up someone in her spare time, for example. For others, I'm not so sure.
Really? You see this president as pretty close to being the eternal, omniscient, omnipresent ground of all being?
A giant orange did well in the US election.....
Mr K quit spreading lies
And here comes the line that I face everytime
There have been, and are, cultures where marriage was more than a man and a woman. Polygamous marriages are common, even in the Bible (and sanctioned by "God," to boot). Even the Roman Catholic Church once presided over same-sex unions.
The Religion channel, aka ATHEISTS R US, is very intolerant.
Omg, I am learning so much this morning, lol. Thank you Francisco.
Oh. Good idea, then.
Based on polling, I think everyone knows the answer to that one. It's a shame that our system parallels the U.S. in that it will likely give the win to a party that could very well lose the popular vote.
It is through advances in technology and thought that we conclude that the basis of the Abrahamic religions is indeed based on myth.
I mean, it is a subjective word so you could tell me a woman with muddy crocs on her feet is hot to you and I couldn't disagree lol. In the sense of creating a look though, heels always do a better job of communicating sexy imo.
and they have more murders, London uses pointy objects that mommy government has to take away, for their own good.
It'll be interesting. I think Horwath seems a little underwhelming and uninspiring to actually get the vote out.... but then again maybe I'm underestimating the hate there is for Dug. And hate is a stronger motivator than anything.
Nothing ever negates what you say. Your wisdom permeates the ages and lingers even longer.
Yes. Gillette us profoundly disrespectful. Niamh isn't.
Yes I agree... do not ever see you do such.
As if that is supposed to make me feel bad. Give it a rest.
You stated "Well we certainly do not follow the ignorant philosophies of the Reich-Wing religious right"
Thanks for the thoughtful response, greenpeace. Again, we are on very similar pages. I agree with your view of how the economic paradigm needs to change, I like you theological influences and share many of the same philosophical influences. I too am a big fan of Varela, Spinoza, Bohm... since you mention a holographic model... are you a fan of Bergson? I think of his approach as aligning with a holographic-esque thinking very neatly. Jung is another favorite of mine, and since you mention Transpersonal Psychology, I assume you're probably a fan as well. Yes, Heraclitus certainly fits in with process philosophy or theology, though its his view of the divine logos and cosmos is fundamentally paradoxical (very much unlike the Stoic conception of logos, in that respect). I think Heraclitus's paradoxical approach aligns intriguingly with the gospels, given the overabundance of paradoxes found in the gospel stories and teachings.
Fitts also told Boston 25 News that he was listening to music and ?driving too quick?
"So at the end of the day you support discrimination and unequal treatment of humans based on the dangerous mind pollution of religion"
Does conduct trump claim?
She has an entire blog and it?s bananas. And her freaking name is Penelope
Might be taking you the wrong way, but say this was how you meant it, then indeed, it makes perfect sense!
