I would say the former, since you think it is righteous.
My point being that I had hoped for something more original.
Okay... account for it. How was being Christian damaging for the west during this time period? It really wasn't damaging for the East comparatively... libraries etc. not withstanding. It was the West that really collapsed.
"if it were a gun problem or a Christian problem, it'd be chaos in the US. It's not."
Nothing says "Welcome to Lexington" like the Head of the Lexington Main Street Business Board chasing republicans out of her establishment and down the street, while berating them.
How many What If scenarios should we build today?
I bet you're right! ^
What other human was with Moses when he received the tablets? Do you have a name? This is the alleged basis of the entire Judeo-Christian theology, right? And not a single eye witness? And the tablets mysteriously disappeared, even though they were reportedly the only thing ever written by God directly in His own handwriting?
all the catholic money goes to the church.
I agree the actual response seems over much. In the video the large black officer punches him 5 times at which point he slumps as if unconscious. At that point they should have stopped hitting him but he was struck several more times. Negative consequences may be in order for the level of violence, however, it seems obvious to me that had he complied with the officers no violence would have occurred.
"And thank God"
Again, there is a legal system, there is a constitution, there is a process in place for a reason. If youre going to get triggered because someone is challenging your incomprehensibly totalitarian stances you kind of need to toughen up.
If we are going to have a conversation about sexual orientation lets meet somewhere more appropriate, say a church? (nope, cant do that...conversion fears...you see)
That?s the point. An objective approach to morality would do just that and by judging the consequences we can see if something is moral (right) or immoral (wrong).
his father was a doctor - maybe he was accessory to murder? makes sense to me.
This is America, Bubba. We actually have a living standard. Everyone should be able to achieve it without working themselves to death.. Not just a few fortunate ones. I hope you are a troll and not just a fool. How many jobs do you work?
This is probably the most nuanced argument in favor I've read.
I assumed nothing!
you can't be serious
Atheists just want to stir up a bit of trouble and get certain people angry but they don't want to KILL people. That's a gross exaggeration. Atheism is a disbelief in God. It's the disbelief that DARES to speak its name. And speak it and speak it and speak it. That doesn't make them murderers. Think of them as carnival barkers as you walk by on a weekend night with your lovely date who has already given you that unmistakable look from the corner of her eye.
People of any sentiment or ideology that have to virtue signal always have something going on behind the scenes. It's either a deflection or their attempt to at least live falsely as the person they want to be. The biggest homophobes in DC turned out to be married men with rent boys on the side and the biggest "liberals" in Hollywood all ended up using their position to get creepy. Give me the person who says "No, I'm really an a-hole" and you usually find out they're not.
It beats the alternative.
I used to fake it bc I simply could not have one with anyone and got sick of men treating me like a f*cking challenge to their masculinity. ?Oh it?s gonna happen for you with me,baby? uh,no. no it isn?t.
Lol MurderAllTheWomenz and I scheduled to meet in an abandoned warehouse but he stood me up. I had to drive through all this bad traffic with cops blocking the road to get there too.
No need to. If any believer "survived" and has not become an atheist after reading (and trying to understand), something is seriously wrong with his/her brain. :-) Thanks for great post.
You roll your eyes because I agree with you?

And mistaken stash houses.
Thanks, although you and MIM have 180 degree different politics than I do, I consider you both the most honest and fair mods on discus.
