Can you provide proof for your claims.
"You are using a logical fallacy."
There in lies the question, What evidence do you require to believe in the supernatural? In the end there is evidence for and against its comes down to our personal threshold for belief. In my research and opinion I am convinced by the evidence, where as I assume in your case the evidence has not crossed your belief threshold. This leads to the next question if you presented with enough evidence to cross your personal belief threshold would you then believe?
You're a fart?
What happened after the Catholic Church flexed its muscle and took a loud public position on same sex marriage in Ireland? It lost, big time. It's participation may have made that loss even worse. I think the church is capable of learning what works and what does not. Now, changing is a different matter.
Please go question anyone who is an expert on statistics and probability. You need the variables BEFORE an event to be able to calculate any type of probability, which makes factoring events or this type, where it is impossible to know the exact variables that existed, utterly impossible and pointless to speculate.
Are wizards, vampires, werewolves, and the Loch Ness monster real, too?
Hope it's a great one! <3
I am so I will pray for both of us, lol
Who practices the law? What do you mean? The new command encompasses all the old when it says...do those things you mentioned or love your neighbor and love God with all you got.
And the stories about Jesus are fiction, not history.
Well, we all know where to not shop, but this isn't a big deal. That gross shop owner has the right to do so, and we all have the right to bring our wallet elsewhere. I don't see why the PC mobs come out here blaming religious people for it, and then if you defend someone's right to be a garbage human being, you get treated like crap by other different types of garbage human beings.
My guess is there are a hell of a lot of things that piss you off.
Sure atheist created the world we live in, Hahahaha
Just don't make her speak. If she doesn't speak, she's lovely.
You don't find this with Jews which might be why they make the most splendid atheists and write the best Christmas songs.
Inflation is a product of the Big Bang, not a predecessor
Yes, that is clear, you support bigotry and discrimination , I do not.
Depends on what you mean.
So they can inflict even further damage on our once great province?
I'm not entirely sure whose opinion was it and I don't think it was proposed in a physical setting (it's not like the difference between such two metaphysical assumptions is something that could be tested for anyway). I think it was a philosophical setting... actually, now that I try to remember it might have actually been a discussion on an opinion of another - long since dead - philosopher and various ways it could have been interpreted. I wouldn't be surprised, if I've encountered it on Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy for that matter. But that was not the only time. If I find the reference, I'll let you know.
She showed the students pictures of HER family when they were doing a unit on families and it just blew up from there.
More opinion. But , define ?creationist?.
I don?t know, yet you continue to do so, just as you continue to exemplify my criticisms. Even after I mentioned it, for example, you seem to have failed to note that the philosophical tradition you mentioned comes directly from contemporary Christian philosophers, or that contemporary deism itself grew out of Christianity, or that its lexicon is inherited from Judeo-Christianity. Most of all, you continue to fail to see the extent to which your pet ideas indict you as much as anyone else.
Why LOL? Of course Christianity is based upon a belief in the creator of the universe, commonly called: God. Does that surprise you by any chance? You have never heard that before so that it causes you to laugh?
Actually, the primary reason science took off in the west WAS precisely because of the philosophical groundings laid down by the Christian Church (the Catholic Church specifically). Those who try to make a false dichotomy between science and religious faith don't know the history of science very well, if at all; and, they certainly don't know the history of the Church other than the common misconceptions bandied about with things like the Inquisition or the Crusades.
I'm allowed to complain that they're all clowns! I declined my ballot!
